The Hubb is a great new bar in Troy. The owners are fantastic and friendly. The drinks and food are great and the atmosphere is inviting.

About Us
"The Hubb" stems from Dave and Stacey Hubbard's last name, and the first letters in "Brick Oven & Bar" spell Bob, which was Stacey's late father's name.
Dave has been in construction for the better part of 30 years. He has helped design, construct and renovate many of the buildings and several restaurants in the downtown Troy area.
Stacey has been an elementary school teacher since 1997, spending the last 21 years teaching in the Shenendehowa Central School district. Between them, they share six children; a son, and five daughters!
